We arrive approximately 30-60 minutes prior to cart service start time. We are available to arrive earlier for a fee.

Our candy floss sugar is created in small batches to ensure freshness. We only use cane sugar, flavouring, and food colour. Our candy floss is halal and kosher friendly, as well as vegan, gluten-free, and free of common allergens. Our toppings are deliciously fun conventional sprinkles and candies. Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions and we are happy to curate your menu accordingly. 

Please make sure we are within 49 meters of a power outlet (we have a very long extension cord). The outlet should be solely dedicated to us if at all possible.

Yes! One of the best things about our candy floss cart is that it doesn’t take a lot of space to make a big impact. As long as we have access to a  power outlet, we need only a small space for the cart itself - giving you more room for your guests and other vendors.

Our candy floss services can go as far as you want us to within the Western Cape. We do charge  for additional mileage that is outside of what your package includes. 

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm and reserve your booking. 

For multi-day events, we ask for full payment in advance to secure your booking.
